What are the best aspects of this product?

Support is awesome, especially upon considering the technical expertise of their staffs and their response time. Each and every time, whenever I contacted them, I was fully satisfied. At my previous hosting provider, I was experiencing a lot of malware related issues and they suspended my accounts more often, but here they happily removed the malwares for free of cost and gave me some advises on how I can avoid malwares.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The manual approval system could be better. As I am not from US, IN and UK, They asked me to send some documents manually to approve the order. They could avoid that.
