What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using this company's services for several years because the cloud is really cool, website always load quickly, handle high peak loads, and you can pay only for the power used (those who know will understand). Prices are quite reasonable and the quality is excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I asked for a little help in unerstanding my code, but the support team didn't even consider it. They explain it by saying that they help solve customer problems related to direct use. You can help write a line of code, I think. This will only get you more customers.
