Great budget hosting

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've tried out many budget hosting providers over the years and I usually wind up disappointed. Many years ago I came across hawkhost.com and I've been happily with them ever since.

Quite simply the service just works. With other hosts I've had random extensive downtimes and I've yet to experience one with them.

I've used them for wordpress / magento and despite it being an entry level hosting option I've found that it works well.

I will say if you're trying to get Magento 2 installed it's better to use their one click installer than trying to manually install it.

All in all they have exceeded my expectations and I've rarely needed to interact with their support... I consider that the biggest compliment since I want my hosting to just work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had a bit of trouble setting up my recurring billing but support was able to help me.
