What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using HostSailor for several years and they have never, ever let me down. Server prices are better than any other hosting provider I've used and their support and uptime are unmatched. Lots of payment methods to choose from. I am a customer for life.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Deploying new server OS installations could be quicker.
