Reliability is essential. HostMantis delivers it. Their Tech Support is first of all, accurate, and secondly, fast - responses in less than an hour. The pricing is well below other hosting companies. Long-term pricing is important. Theirs is low.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is hard to criticized HostMantis. I guess my biggest concern is that they will be acquired and service will go down, but so far, HostMantis remains an independent company located in Livonia, Michigan, USA.
