What are the best aspects of this product?

I've used Navicosoft for one year to host a my website. Every time I got stuck from lack of knowledge, their support was able to help in a timely and friendly manner. Beyond that, I do not recall any outages. Overall I have been very happy with Navicosoft and have recommended them to a few friends who have had no problems and are still my friends.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I did not find aspects which is problematic.
