What are the best aspects of this product?
As a novice web manager, I think the instructions associated with each function are excellent, usually simple and elegantly expressed, and easy to find. But I have returned to Navicosoft for yet another website because of the first-rate helpdesk. Whether by email, chat, or telephone, I can get access almost immediately, and the help staff is invariably courteous and knowledgeable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my opinion, they should go for other languages for support as well.
