What are the best aspects of this product?

I signed up for a Diamond hosting plan and would like to transfer my existing domain hosted elsewhere, but the setup procedure was not clear. The online live chat with the person was brilliant. He helped me through the complete setup of the account and hosting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am unable to locate any problematic aspects in Navicosoft Services.
