What are the best aspects of this product?

The servers are incredibly fast, hosting plans are reasonably priced. Navicosoft is also great because it has SSD drives. It also seems important that you have all PHP and MySQL versions, including old or recent versions. The user interface is simple and easy to learn to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have never had any mishaps with the Navicosoft servers. I also found your customer service to be very friendly, so I have no complaints.
