What are the best aspects of this product?

Implemented this in my previous work place and the team were use to using it within the first week as it was so easy to use

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My previous company were using different project management tools and when first implemented 1time did not have the feature to import from other systems although this has now been rectified.
