What are the best aspects of this product?
If I could pinpoint just one aspect, I'd say that the best thing about 2Checkout is their customer support. They're all model employees--always responsive and, more importantly, always helpful. I've received nothing but top-notch service from them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Let me start by saying that I'm glad that 2Checkout has implemented an anti-fraud feature. My only problem is that whenever something does come up, the system doesn't provide enough information about it. How can we respond accordingly if we don't know what the issue is all about?
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
2Checkout is one of the foundational tools of our company. Without it, we won't have a reliable and secure payment processing infrastructure. As a bonus, we've been getting useful insight from the reports that it supplies. Through it, we've been able to understand our business and clientele better.
