What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that I find impressive about this solution is that it equips users with dozens of tools for our needs. 2Checkout has a pretty responsive support staff as well. I've been quite prolific in my questions and they've all answered my queries quickly and in the most detailed way possible. If you're looking for a payment gateway for your store, I highly recommend 2Checkout!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The sheer number of available tools and reporting templates can be overwhelming at the beginning. In fact, I've been a user for some time now and there are still some tools that I'm not quite sure what the function is and how to use them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has been a great payment processing tool. I've been able to accept payments easily and quickly through its portals. Their support team has helped me gain more clarity regarding some business decisions as well.
