What are the best aspects of this product?

Every online business venture I've undertaken, 2Checkout has been with me every step of the way. The payment gateway itself is great--I love it, and my clients trust it. I've never had any issues with the processing of payments, regardless of the source. The API documentation is quite solid too. It makes my job a lot easier because it makes sending invoices and receiving payments less of a hassle. I've recently embedded this on my e-commerce website, and everything is working out just fine. The clearance time is pretty standard and, more importantly, reliable. And as a cherry on top, the support staff over at 2Checkout are top-notch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Admittedly, I haven't read the fine print yet, but I don't understand why they have withheld a portion of my earnings for 90 days.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Running an e-commerce business is no walk in the park, but 2Checkout takes the stress out of the payment processing aspect. This solution is an integral part of my success and I'm inclined to believe that this partnership will last a long time.
