What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company couldn't ask for anything more as 360Learning really has everything that we are looking for in a learning management system. It took us a year to finally pick one out and we were won over by how user-friendly this software is. With hundreds of team members to train, we needed a software that could do this efficiently, quickly, and across different locations. What we found is that 360Learning fits the bill.

We were really won over by the fact that it did not have a steep learning curve. Even those of us who don't have a background in either development or learning could come up with a training module by just following the instructions that were given to us.

Another thing that impressed us was how closely thier customer success director worked with us as we implemented it in our company. The director was with us every step of the way and helped make the company launch successful.

The Engagement Academy is also something that I really appreciated. The digital learning training covered everything that I needed to know and has helped me confidently take on the role of course author and administrator. I know that I can immediately come up with training programs that are engaging and grab attention.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly speaking, I can't think of anything that I dislike about this and I am actually excited for whatever upgrade are in store for us.

If anything, the one improvement I can think of is giving us the ability to have multiple quiz questions appear on the same page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Because we only have a couple of instructional designers, it was natural that we ended up having bottlenecks when it came to training. With 360Learning, we were able to unclog those bottlenecks and even had our instructional designers teach others how to create training content. With more people able to come up with content, we have not only eliminared the bottleneck but also empowered our team members to come up with the training materials they need when they need it.
