What are the best aspects of this product?
The best thing about 360 Learning is how empowering it is for a workforce. Because it is so user-friendly, almost anyone in the organization can come up with content for training and knowledge sharing. The task of upgrading the skills of your workforce is no longer confined to just one department or person. I am so impressed at how this software has made it easy to scale up the training process of any organization. Whether you're developing hard skills, soft skills, or onboarding new employees, 360Learning can impact those training sessions in a huge way.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My biggest problem with 360Learning isn't so much with the software itself. Since it allows almost everyone to create training content, there are instances where authors who have not been trained as well as the others come up with material that is of a lesser quality. Of course, the solution for this lies more in how the rollout of the product has been handled. Thankfully, the 360Learning customer success team was very helpful and gave us all the resources that we needed so that all content authors were at the same level.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The biggest benefit we've gotten from 360Learning is how it has enabled us to implement blended learning. We've seen great success using this new approach. What we've done is have information disseminated beforehand and then meet up with the learners for discussions and activities. Afterward, we use the software to quiz them or to share added information.
