What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use. User friendly. Easy to install regular updates. Total security means what it says.
Good to have an integrated fire wall. Advantage having a sandbox. Love the integrated anti-ransom ware feature. Also, the driver updater. Very good anti-virus too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not aware of any problems.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Can't think of anything at this point.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Although I am now retired, this is better than most of the standard anti-virus products being offered.
