What are the best aspects of this product?
We've been using 3CX for 4 years now and it helped us a lot. It is cheap and it supports several IP phones at a lower cost. It has a built-in web conference and can be used remotely. There's also no extra charge for using call center features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The hold button doesn't work. It doesn't have a barge-in feature. The windows version doesn't allow more than one barge-in. Troubleshooting options are also very limited. These cons are in comparison with the previous software we used. If 3CX is able to fix it, it will be ten times greater than that of our old system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It is great since we were able to get all the features we want for a reduced price. We asked a lot of companies to give us costing and 3CX was the cheapest. We're really happy to have chosen 3CX.
