What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very flexible. It runs on the cloud so you need a lot of resources. It also caters to a lot of your needs. It has a mobile app that works perfectly and is not buggy. I love how you can customize a lot of its features. Overall, it is a must-have system for all companies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be confusing because of the many features it offers. The interface also changes from time to time, making it hard to find what you need. Other then this though, it is great and we love it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Phone system problems are solved easily. Working remotely can be hard but 3CX helped us with this. We can call and meet remotely. Comparing it to its competitors will also give you a big surprise as it is very cheap.
