Amazing phone system

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to install and use despite using almost 200 extensions. It's also very affordable compared to other systems. Despite this though, it is still better than what those other systems offer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has some bugs, especially mobile applications. The calls can be cut-off at times. Despite this, I think 3CX is still a great system that is worth every penny.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to cut expenses. We don't have to hire contractors anymore. This is a great help for us as we like being self-sufficient. As we continue to use it, we also are starting to discover other features that could potentially help our business. This is by far the best phone system we used. We wouldn't think of replacing it.
