What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy installation and has a great selection of tutorials so we can learn how to use it. There is also a forum where we can ask customer service or other users some questions we have. Aside from this it also has tons of features that deliver what has been promised to us. It is also very cheap compared to other software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has many unnecessary updates that remove great features from the current system. It should also widen its list of the supported system as it is very limited. The payment for the maintenance is also a waste since you don't really get much support from their customer service. It also lacks enterprise features and the updates present new UI each time. This can be annoying for users and it takes time to find every feature again.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It cut down our costs. For a small business like us, this is a great help as we don't have to spend that much in order to get a great system like 3CX. I'd recommend this for companies that have a limited budget.
