What are the best aspects of this product?

It maintains optimal support and provides good content sharing. I can also customize properties according to my preference like that of audio. It also gives great updates that keep in mind the comments and needs of current users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The application can be hard to learn because of its many features. As a result, there are some functions that users will not be able to use it at its optimum. Providing tutorials about all your features will be a great help for us, so we can really say that we are getting our money's worth.
