PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We've been using it for 10 years and during that time, it has gone through a lot of great changes. This includes the inclusion in its licenses. Large meetings are already included in it. There's also no additional cost for web meetings and its mobile app. And since it is easy to use and maintain, you can easily train other users on how to use it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a lot of updates that remove some great features. There are times when we are using a feature and when the system is updated, it's not there anymore. This can be a hassle for us. The UI also changes frequently, so we have to relearn how to use it each time. I hope they can reduce such changes as it can bring inconvenience to us as their clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is cheap and very easy to use especially for small and medium-sized companies. Businesses who have a limited budget would love all the features 3CX offers. It would recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat.
