It is easy to install and work with. You don't even have to go through a lot of steps to be able to use it properly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Updates are a hassle. You have to go through several steps for it to be updated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to replace old intercom systems with VOIP phones, allowing us to work in an efficient manner.
