What are the best aspects of this product?

Its ease of set-up and maintenance is very convenient for us. It is also not buggy and is very affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their support services need improvement. They can be a bit slow, but it's a good thing that you rarely need their help as you won't encounter any bugs anyway.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since it's cheap, we were able to save money. Its mobile app is very helpful too, especially now that many of us have to work remotely because of the pandemic.
