With the current situation it is difficult to go out, 3CX helped maintain communication between teams. A great plus is its ease of use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile app has some bugs that need fixing. It is also hard to set-up web meetings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using the app to teach is very easy for me. Maintaining work-related communication is also great a great factor in why I recommend 3CX.
