What are the best aspects of this product?
What I was most impressed with was how easy it was to get in touch with the customer support team. The software itself is already easy to use and doesn't come with a steep learning curve, but it was made better by the fact that we could easily get support if there were any issues that we encountered.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Thre are a number of things that could still be improved. I wasn't a fan of the fact that all the features were on by default. It's not helpful when you just want to set up a simple store. Tracking down all of these features so that they could be turned off took quite some time, so it would be great if these features were turned off by default. I'd also like to have the themes and templates be arranged from the most popular, up to date, and newest.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can't emphasize enough how reliable this is compared to what we used before. It was also very easy to set up credit card processing via Authorize.net.
