PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a product that connects other products on the backend. My primary goal was to find something that could connect and track my financials via my e-commerce store online (Shopify to QuickBooks Online). This is what it does. I changed all of the settings that were suggested and I was good to go and have not had an issue with it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the sections still has an "!" mark on it, and I asked customer support if I had everything set correctly and they assured me I have, but it is annoying to see that orange '!' even though I don't need to do anything there.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I wouldn't even know what to ask for. I'm not an accountant or a bookkeeper, so I'm not sure what I would ask for. The application does what it needs to do and it fits the purpose that I required for this type of app so I'm not sure what I would suggest doing differently.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I needed a connector to work on the backend of my Shopify to transfer purchase amounts and sales tax to my QuickBooks Online and this product was able to do that for me.
