The best aspect of this product is how easy it is to use and the amount of time saved! The service and support from the A2X team is second to none as well!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't say I've run into any problems with A2X - it's only been a massive help to our business! The mapping of accounts can be a little confusing but the fantastic customer service and help you get in order to complete it is second to none! So, no complaints at all here!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I can't think of any at the moment.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The amount of time and confusion that it takes to decode the bi-weekly Amazon settlements has been completely sorted by switching to A2X. I no longer have to spend hours and days at trying to get it all into the right accounts and reconciled...it has greatly increased my productivity and allowed me to focus on other aspects of the business rather than waste precious time!
