a2x is the most amazing way to record Shopify and Amazon sales in QBO

What are the best aspects of this product?

The staff at a2x were extremely helpful in getting the APP set up and it was done in no time. Then it is a quick review, a click, and all the details related to the deposit from Shopify or Amazon are entered in QBO in sufficient detail hitting all the right accounts. It saves tons of time and headache every time I use it for each deposit.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A breeze to us and if ever help is needed the staff is so friendly and helpful.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

My dream would be that it could do a monthly reconciliation of Canadian Provincial sales taxes each month. Even so, I am impressed with how easy it is for me to go from the sales tax information downloaded into the Shopify or Amazon sales tax account to prepare the appropriate journal entry to record each Province's sales tax in order to keep sales tax records accurately up-to-date in QBO.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product keeps saving me so much time and makes accurate entries a breeze for eCommerce sales.
