What are the best aspects of this product?

Great support and really does solve accounting integration with eBay, Amazon, PayPal and Shopify.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I did struggle with setup a bit but the support was really good and we got it sorted. I am in Australia though and we have unique tax laws here though so for most users it may be a lot easier.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More YouTube tutorials for specific country tax settings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Fully automated eCommerce invoicing across 3 platforms.
