What are the best aspects of this product?

It does what it should, accurately and without fuss!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's complicated and needs a fair bit of setting up initially but when done with help from support you can leave it to do its stuff!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Auto install. (i.e we tick the boxes of what platform we use, what payment providers etc and it does all the back end stuff automatically)

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Getting accurate sales and tax data into our accounting software.

All didn't work 100% which is pointless
