What are the best aspects of this product?

A2X seamlessly integrates into both QBO and Amazon Seller Central, making it very simple for me to account for all of Amazon's odd costs and revenue buckets without opening multiple Amazon spreadsheets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No complaints. Whenever I have a need, customer service is quick to help.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love an Alibaba connection to submit my Trade Assurance Orders or a quick way to submit manufacturer invoices to account for COGS.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Saves me 3-4 hours of bookkeeping each month.
