Automates everything and takes away that labourious manual process

What are the best aspects of this product?

The automation of A2X significantly reduces the need for various manual interventions. Saves time, and lets us concentrate on other things without having to remember to run reports and suchlike for our bookkeeping and accountancy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The automations work fine, so we can’t think of anything else that needs changing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Maybe connections to even more channels, but apart from that everything is working just fine.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to send data manually by running lots of different reports, but now we don’t need to do anything like that at all and the reconciliation is perfect.
