PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

A2X understands accounting and all the components that are needed for a proper integration. It enters a journal entry based on each deposit so you no longer need to match up hundreds of sales receipts to each deposit.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Haven't run into any yet.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like an accountant pricing or affiliate program to manage clients I sign up like QBO or Gusto.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hours of troubleshooting which sales receipts go with which deposit and trying to balance the Shopify holding account. Shopify hides the fees associated with each deposit in the banking/payments section of it's software -which only the owner can get to - instead of making it available with the financial reports so this has always been troublesome. A2X clears this up for us..
