What are the best aspects of this product?

Quick and easy to link to different sales channels and accounting software. We were impressed with how easy it was to link and it required minimal technical knowledge and was an easy plug and play solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You sometimes have to map certain tax codes from sales channels to xero and it can be a bit user-unfriendly but apart from that it is brillaint.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Theres very little that can be improved upon as it is so well built and meets our requirements but maybe options to change taxes for individual transactions in case of export etc.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reduced accounting time and streamlined our processes bringing significant cost savings with it.
