What are the best aspects of this product?
Automation of Sales, COGS, and Inventory transactions for clients who have thousands of transactions daily or weekly. This saves countless hours on what would otherwise be an extremely manual process to record these transactions to the same level of accuracy. The Multi-Channel option makes using A2X a breeze as you can switch back and forth between Amazon, Shopify, and other client accounts. The integration with Xero is excellent and the software is relatively easy and intuitive to set up. I was able to set up the account without assistance by reading the help manuals. The support from A2X is also wonderful. I have always received prompt and helpful responses through webchat and email.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Reporting of units sold by SKU directly in Xero. It appears in the settings that this is possible so perhaps I haven't set this up accurately. I was able to get units sold to appear in the Xero files attachment but would prefer if there was a functionality to report units sold by SKU in Xero. With that said, this information is readily available in A2X.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A feature that would be wonderful is an opening to ending inventory reconciliation that reconciled sales and additions to inventory during the period selected. It is my understanding there are 3rd party integrations that can assist with this, but it would be great if it was all housed within A2X.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This has eliminated the timely and manual challenge of splitting out bulk Amazon and Shopify transactions with varying tax rates. A2X has automated the recording and reconciliation of e-commerce sales, COGS, and inventory.
