What are the best aspects of this product?

Accurate accounting, seamless integration with Xero, time saver and overall stress-reliever!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Expensive but worth it. Difficult to set up the tax mapping at the beginning without the help of an accountant. This limits early stage businesses that cannot invest to get setup right at the beginning.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

easier integration of other ecom sales channels, advice on tax mapping, trends/benchmark reporting

Accounting is now automated and accurate saving time and money (and a lot of headaches)
