Fantastic Support and Simple set up

What are the best aspects of this product?

Product was super easy to set up and start receiving invoices into xero.
Customer support is by far the best i have ever experienced no need to wait 24 - 48 hours for a response someone will email you back within the hour normally! There solutions are easy to follow and have always worked for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My book keeper found it slightly annoying that the invoices import into xero as drafts but it isnt really a major issue and not enough to put us off the product.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Possibly the ability for invoices that have been paid to import as completed instead of drafts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Time, instead of manually entering each sale into zero A2X imports it automatically.
