Great software!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like how easy and seamless it is to transfer data from Amazon to QBO. The interface is nice to look at. The customer service is top tier. They really take the time to answer my questions and resolve my issues proficiently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not encountered any significant issues with the software so far. It does what it needs to do, and does it well! The customer service team is also very easy to reach when I have difficulty understanding an aspect of A2X.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be great if they implemented a plan between the 1k and 5k orders per month line (perhaps at 3k), since I usually hover between 1 and 2k, but feel like the price difference between the 1k and the 5k plans is a significant jump.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software makes it very easy to track Amazon sales data, CoGS, and fees. It connects easily to my accounting software and transfers data seamlessly. It made tax season less of a hassle.
