Great tool for time saving and accuracy

What are the best aspects of this product?

Automates the transfer of shopify and amazon invoices into Xero, even from multiple marketplaces. Takes the aggro out of working out the correct tax for differing product types. Support always happy to help and quick to respond to questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Can be tricky to figure out what settings suit your business when setting up but support were excellent at helping me figure it out.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

An alert when new SKUs need to be mapped would be great but not a massive problem as I can spot when invoice passed into Xero too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Multiple tax jurisdictions, multiple tax treatments on different products and high volume of orders daily. All automated so I don't have to worry about the accounting treatment, I can set up it beforehand and let A2X do the hard work.
