What are the best aspects of this product?
We sell on Amazon in multiple currencies across North America, Europe, and Australia, and A2X allows us to bridge the gap with Quickbooks and have everything agree with journal entries that match up nicely. It's been a great tool for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It does require some setup to understand what you are sending to which accounts in Quickbooks, but the default setups they supply really helps.
