Its ease of use and how much bookkeeping time it saves.

I had a small hiccup setting up the multi-country aspects of the software, but customer support fixed my issue almost immediately.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

None come to mind since this software currently meets all my needs.

We were seriously behind in our bookkeeping and this software saved us dozens (if not more) of hours getting caught up.
