What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is always up to date. This helps us with our Shopify and Amazon accounting. Their support team is also very helpful whenever we don't understand anything.

Since things are done through journal entries, it can be hard to understand the platform readily.

We were able to focus on other aspects of the business since we don't have to spend so much time tracking our transactions anymore.
