What are the best aspects of this product?

My client took over a business trading through Amazon and Shopify. Their bookkeeper was spending 4-6 hours p.w. reconciling the transactions. I have subscribed them to A2X and its all done automatically

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes a bit of setting up, but I have never had so much support from an online service, with an agent holding my hand along the way.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

None

The amount of manual work needed to post Amazon and Shopify transactions to Xero
