What are the best aspects of this product?
I recommend this app for anyone who wants to automate their accounting workflows. I use A2X for both my Amazon and Shopify sales transactions. It's been running in the background for over a year now without any issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice if I could update my COG's in A2X and the app would automatically refresh the data in QB's without manually deleting entries and manually refreshing. But this is only a minor inconvenience and probably more of a limitation on QB's integration rules.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Imports my transactions from Amazon and automatically categorizes sales and expenses. Also tracks COGS in the month my inventory is sold and debits my Inventory Asset account. Make reporting easier.
