Saves me time and replaces manual work

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software has made my accountant work easier. You have to find tutorials to set it up correctly, and depending the client's country the settings can be different. I haven't been able to make Stripe payouts match with what Stripe sends to my bank, I need to still learn more. So there is a learning curve, but it's very worth it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The learning curve can be long, depending your country, sales tax laws, etc...
Stripe and Paypal don't reconcile with my bank for me,
Shopify reconcilesperfectly.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A better way to exclude certain gateways, be able to add more than 5 stores for accountant dashboard accounts, a way to "recall" deleted payout lines.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Shopify manual journal entries were a pain in the rear, now they are done all automatically. A time saver :)
