The tools are very powerful, and the customer support is terrific. I contact them frequently and each time I get the help I need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish onboarding included an hour or two with a customer service associate.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd like to see additional marketplaces like walmart.com.
