What are the best aspects of this product?

I highly recommend using the A2X app if you plan on using Intuit Quickbooks with your Shopify account. This is very helpful in providing a seamless transition in connecting the two accounts which creates much convenience in managing the finances of a small retail business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't believe there are any problematic aspect that I experienced while using the A2X app. I found it to be very helpful in what I need to accomplish.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Currently, the work I use A2X for doesn't require any further services/features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The app allowed myself as a bookkeeper to easily connect my client's Shopify account to my Quickbooks Accounting practice.
