It definitely isn't difficult to start using this tool, and I definitely appreciate that about it. Logging in was a breeze and using the features was easy, and I can see this being an advantage in the long run since onboarding will be easy to do.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They really could improve its customer support service since it can be very slow. A question I had took an hour to get resolved, and I don't always have an hour to spare.
