What are the best aspects of this product?

The POS is super easy to use all my cashiers learned how to use the new systems in a flash and the system brings so many great features to it. My transactions are fast and everything is in my control.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Well to be completely honest I haven't had any problems with the system at all. That's one pf the reasons why I love this company so much.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Well I don't know what to say on what they include the POS system has so many features in it. Even ones that I don't use, so I cant really say what else they need

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

my transactions are so much more faster now. I can also check my reports from anywhere and it makes me feel like I'm in control of everything now.
